The standard has been set pretty low from what companies expect from agencies. Recruiting and Consulting companies are seen as a necessary evil. I do not want to be seen as that. That doesn't make me want to get up and go to work. We are setting out to REDEFINE that standard. Relationship-based. Everyone on our team has the strength to build  relationships, display compassion/empathy, and be transparent.
