Rob brings 30 years of expertise in Human Resources, with experience working with private equity start-ups, progressive independent oil and gas exploration and production firms.  With a focus on fostering organizational efficiency, he gained vast experience in compensation, benefits, employee relations and recruiting.

Rob specializes in resolving complex people issues, leadership development, team building, conflict resolution, coaching, counseling and organizational design and structure.  Over the past decade Rob has led the HR function for three separate greenfield projects responsible for hiring thousands of people in administrative, field and professional roles.
