Nan is the Talent & Performance Manager and a Management Consultant at PRC with over 20 years of professional experience, having spent the first decade in Education followed by a transition into corporate consulting. 

As a Management Consultant, Nan headed a multi-year project with a top multinational energy corporation supporting leadership where she consulted on a variety of program elements related to a drilling operation in the Haynesville shale. From streamlining operational components to tracking progress and budgetary responsibilities, Nan helped complete the project on-time and in accordance with business objectives. She has also played major roles in helping clients identify and fill talent gaps, discovering and placing qualified candidates that fit her client’s culture and needs.  

Nan is highly process-driven and dedicated to getting the project completed for the client. She is always looking for ways to increase efficiency and productivity; optimizing and allocating resources to enhance performance and mitigate challenges. 

She attended the University of Houston, receiving her B.S. in Psychology in 2000 as well as her M.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration in 2009. Nan is often recognized for her dedication and team-player mentality.
