Amy is the Founder of PRC Resources with over 16 years of experience in Education, Talent Development, Recruiting, and Management Consulting. 

She has led multi-million-dollar projects alongside executives at top multinational energy corporations, consulting on strategic planning, scheduling, and change control management. She has also helped several organizations acquire talent as well as facilitate leadership development programs to enhance retention and employee engagement. Before starting PRC, she served as the Director of Client Services for Robert Half International where she built relationships with stakeholders and consulted on a variety of matters pertaining to operational efficacy and organizational architecture. 

Amy excels at seeing the big picture and offering strategic solutions that unify organizational objectives and interpersonal capital. Specializing in human performance engineering and behavioral sciences, Amy has a unique ability to decipher growth barriers and deliver consistent results for her clients. 

Amy received her B.S. in Education from Sam Houston University in 2004 and her M.Ed. in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is often recognized for her leadership and ability to leverage resources to overcome the most complex challenges.
