A Letter from Our President

Amy Beck, president and founder of PRC Resources, shares a few words about the start of PRC.


At PRC Resources, we don’t just aim to meet the status quo — we challenge it. In Corporate America, the standard often falls short of what truly empowers individuals and organizations. That’s why we’ve taken on a deeply personal mission to “Redefine the Standard.”

PRC was founded with a deep commitment to values that we hold close to our hearts. For us, success means more than just numbers on a page — it’s about:

PRC Resources is a Program Development Firm focused on Performance Coaching, Recruiting, and Change Management. But what makes us truly different is the heart and purpose behind everything we do. With roots in Education, Management Consulting, and Counseling, our team is trained to do more than just teach leadership principles. We’re here to help individuals and organizations embrace their strengths, embody their purpose, and empower their teams to create lasting change.
