PRC Resources merges with Navarro Staffing and introduces sister company, QwikHires

SAN ANTONIO, November 12 – PRC Resources is thrilled to announce its merger with Navarro Staffing. As part of the merger, Cynthia Navarro, a respected leader with 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, will join PRC as Vice President of Operations.

Cynthia, the president and owner of Navarro Staffing, brings a wealth of knowledge and long-standing partnerships, particularly in the low voltage and construction staffing sectors. 

Similarly, Amy Beck, with a background in management consulting, founded PRC Resources in 2017. Since she has built a strong presence with businesses across the Southern U.S. Together, Cynthia and Amy's combined expertise will open new doors, including the introduction of QwikHires, a PRC company. 

QwikHires offers businesses a consultative approach to optimize their hiring process for both long term projects and short term needs. It aims to provide nontraditional staffing solutions for businesses seeking alternatives to the established staffing model. 

The QwikHires team will offer comprehensive support by implementing streamlined processes, from hiring through onboarding. Their hands-on method will ensure a smooth transition for new hires, improving both efficiency and employee experience.
