Sam Stevens is a Talent and Behavioral Consultant with over 6 years of experience in behavioral sciences, management consulting, and recruiting. 

Sam has developed and lead the adoption of several organizational programs, implementing an advanced cognitive-behavioral model, WIDP, into hiring and management structure for overall departmental development. He has worked with upper management and C-suite executives to improve efficiency and transparency between leadership and tactical personnel. 

Sam is an Activator, bringing out positivity and forward-thinking perspectives with his clients. He offers actionable behavioral insight to help clients solve their personnel challenges and growth barriers. 

Sam served for nearly a decade in the United States Army from 2003 to 2012 prior to working in the management consulting industry. He was trained in Motivational Interviewing in 2018.
