Thomson is a Behavior and Performance Consultant with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and behavioral sciences. 

Beginning his career with PwC Consulting where he worked a multitude of projects across the United States, Thomson later served as the VP of Xcution, Inc. and VP of Talent Solutions at Technomedia Talent Management where he’s served clients by strategically solving organizational objectives. 

Thomson excels at planning and execution, reading between the lines to formulate solutions to complex challenges.

He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Finance in 1998, later obtaining his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University in 2016.
